Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take for items to be made?

All items are made to order, with a processing time of 7 business days. 

2. Do you accept any returns?

All items are custom and made to order, therefore there are no returns. Due to being hand made, there may be some variances on items. If there is something wrong in the production of the item, then a replacement will be made. It the items is damaged at customer's fault, no replacement will be provided. Each situation will be considered on a case by case basis.

3. How will I receive my package?

There is a discount code to removing shipping costs for local pick ups. Otherwise, all items will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers. Please note, due to COVID, USPS does have some delays in their shipping. Once the item is handed off to the post office, any delays in delivery is out of our control.

4. Will there be instructions for any special treatment?

If the items is clothing, it is suggested that it is washed on cold and hung to try, or tumble dry on low. No bleaching allowed. Cups all need to be hand washed with no scrubbing, and no dishwasher. Failure to follow these instructions may result in product not lasting as long as it should, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
